Peter McBride is the Group Chief Executive of Niamh, and former Managing Director of Carecall.  Peter has degrees in Science, Divinity and Social Work alongside further qualifications and experience in the fields of business management, counselling and trauma.

Through his role as Managing Director of Carecall, Peter has been on the senior team of Niamh for over 10 years, developing the scope of Niamh in the area of therapeutic support in the workplace, and the health sector.

He is a Trustee of the National Charity BBC Children in Need, and has been involved for over 15 years in the Victim and Survivor’s sector in Northern Ireland, specifically leading the development of the Journey Towards Healing project.

Peter has a passionate interest in Mental Wellbeing in local, national and international contexts, and has led Niamh’s development of a Community Based Mental Health project in Malawi, Africa.

Katrina Hinfey is the Director of Carecall.  Prior to this engagement she worked as Director of Services for Carecall overseeing the development of service offering, infrastructure and service delivery teams.

Before joining Carecall in 2006, Katrina worked with Siemens Business Services driving part of a major change programme following the acquisition of BBC Technology in 2004.

Her previous experience includes 12 years with BBC NI, representing the region in the National Business Improvement Forum before joining a Senior Management Team to spearhead the development of BBC NI's first regional commercial unit.  The unit, BBC Interactive NI, enjoyed growth and success selling innovative web based solutions to organisations such as Bombardier, UK Athletics and The Scottish Enterprise Agency until its acquisition in 2004.

Katrina graduated from University of Ulster in 1995 with BA (Hons) Business Studies and more recently qualified with MSc in Business Improvement.  She's passionate about the work of Carecall and its purpose to support the emotional wellbeing of both individuals and organisations.

Dr. Gerard Leavey (BSc Hons, MSc, PhD) is Director of Compass. Gerry has degrees in Policy Studies, Public Health and Sociology of Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, University of London and University College London. Over the past sixteen years he has undertaken a considerable body of research in psychiatry and health services research and played various key roles in the psychiatric research community in London and the UK, publishing in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals including the British Journal of Psychiatry, British Medical Journal and Social Science and Medicine.

Billy is Director of Mental Health Services – Beacon. Billy studied Psychology at the University of Ulster then began his career with Extern in 1986 where he worked in various projects. He qualified in Social Work in 1991 and initially worked for Barnardos. In 1992 he took up post as a Social Worker with Older People in South and East Belfast Trust. He moved to Senior Social Worker, Care Manager then Senior Care Manager. In 2002 he became Programme Planner for Mental Health Services in South and East Belfast Trust and when the Belfast Trust was formed in 2007 he became part of the Senior Management Team in Mental Health as A Service Development Manager.  This work involved the modernisation of the Trusts Mental Health Services.  He has continually addressed his own development needs obtaining relevant qualifications throughout his career; Practice Teaching Award (1994), Approved Social Work Award (1998), Diploma in Health Service Management (2006) and the Advanced Award in Social Work (2009). Billy is married and has 3 children.  He enjoys sports including Martial Arts (he holds a fourth Dan Black Belt in Tai Jutsu), motocross, mountain biking and running.

James Nicholl is Director of Finance and Corporate Services for the Niamh Group. Having obtained a Degree in Accountancy from the University of Ulster, James joined Dale Farm in 1987 and qualified as an accountant in 1990. James held various finance roles within Dale Farm where he built up a wide commercial experience including involvement in a number of successful acquisitions. In 2003 James was appointed as Group Finance Director of the Wright Group Ltd, where he played a key part in developing the strategy for the successful growth of the business. Married with two children
